Mad Skills

I has them. :D

And, to show off these mad skills, I have decided to show you a bit of Lasitian, actually written out in it's characters. It's a much more beautiful language that way. :)



The first word is written in English, because it's a name. There is no way to translate names into Lasitian, so... yeah.

And I added that part of the picture on it for fun. :)

Christmas~

Ah... the subject on everyone's mind... Christmas. It only comes but once a year. Seems to be everybody's favorite holiday. The bright lights, the snow, the peppermint, the advertising...

Even though the idea of Christmas has become, in a sense, polluted, I look forward every year to the carols. Tonight, my little sister had an orchestra concert, and... I cried. I was very touched at the beauty of the songs.

I can't really put my feelings into words... but... my "dream", if you will, is that we'll someday see Christmas as a much less commercial holiday, and more as it should be.

And so comes December~

It has come to this... I can't be doing a cooking blog... because I can't cook much anymore. That's why I haven't posted up anything for a while, so... I'll have to figure out something else to do. Maybe I'll just have the theme of my blog be "Randomness". We'll have to see how that goes over with the teacher. :)
